Items that can be returned/exchanged
-Requests made within 15 days of receipt. If it's a gift, please write to us and request an extension.

-Unwashed and unworn.
-In the same condition as how it was received.
We do not refund
-Original shipping costs incurred during purchase.
-Gift cards, promotional items.
- Imperfects collection.
-Orders that were custom-made.
-Return shipping costs.
-Requests made after 15 days of receipt.
-Returns received later than 15 days after being approved.
Do you pay for returns?
-Customers are responsible for the total cost of return shipping charges.
- Free returns for EU customers (only if they have paid a shipping fee while placing their order)
-Returns are not charged by us.
How do you return/exchange an item?
-Use your order number and email address and choose if you wish to return or exchange your item.
-Once your request is approved by us, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon do you return/exchange an item?
-As soon as your return/exchange request is approved by us, please send your item to the shipping address specified in the email.
How soon will you get your refund?
-Once we receive your return, we will check if the item is in its original condition before processing your refund.
-You will be sent an email once your item is refunded.
-You will be refunded the amount, minus shipping and discounts (if any) to your original method of payment. The amount could take a few business days before it reaches your bank account.
How soon will you get your exchange?
-Once we receive your exchange, we will check if the item is in its original condition. If the requested exchange is on stock, it will be sent out as soon as we receive your product. If it is a product that is made to order, our team will contact you regarding the date of delivery.
