Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt. Just email us at and our Customer Experience team will assist you. You can also request a return via our Returns Portal at

Before you request your exchange or return, do keep in mind that because your garment is entirely made by hand, it may not be perfect. It is these irregularities that also make your product special and unique in every possible way. 

What items can be returned/exchanged?
-Within 15 days of receipt. 
-In the original packaging.
-Unwashed and unworn. 
-In the same condition as when received.

We don’t refund
-Original shipping costs. 
-Gift cards, promotional items. 
-Custom-made orders. 
-Return shipping costs.
-Requests after 15 days of receipt. 
-Returns received later than 15 days after approval. 
-Customs duties.

Do you pay for returns?

-You are responsible for the cost of your return shipping charges.
-Returns are free and not charged by us. 

How do you return/exchange an item?
-Use your order number and email address and choose if you wish to return or exchange your item.
-Once your request is approved by us, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. 

How soon do you return/exchange an item?
-As soon as your return/exchange request is approved by us, please send your item to the shipping address specified in the email. 

How soon will you get your refund?
-Once we receive your return, we will check if the item is in its original condition before processing your refund. This can take up to 10-15 business days. 
-You will be sent an email once your item is refunded. 
-You will be refunded the amount, minus shipping and discounts (if any) to your original method of payment. The amount could take up to *10-15 business days before it reaches your bank account. (*as different banks have different policies, so please check with your bank regarding timelines).

How soon will you get your exchange?
-Once we receive your exchange, we will check if the item is in its original condition. If the requested exchange is on stock, it will be sent out as soon as we receive your product. If it's made to order, our team will contact you regarding the earliest delivery date.
