Oh my goodness. Every time I get a julahas I think it is the most beautiful piece of wearable art imaginable.....then I get this! Its even more stunning in real life. The colors are fun and soft. The material perfect for layering in the SF Bay Area. I can't wait to play with more colors with it.

I have tried and tried, but the pink of this glorious Coral Kala Cotton Duster is just a bit too warm-toned for me. It looks fantastic with marionberry, greens, sings against black… but not with my skin tone. I’ve tried it on so many times, but have never actually worn it since I purchased it new last August. (I have and have worn my black and teal ones a lot, and hoping the pink would work out well when I wanted a lighter tone!)
If you are looking for a bold pastel garment with bohemian drape, The Kala Duster with tassels in Coral Pink is for you! It is light as a feather with beautiful detailing in the weave. It is fun to pair with a surprisingly large range of colors. While it comes with a belt, my preferred way to wear it is unbelted or using a Julahas Obi patterned belt to add texture and interest to the outfit. It comes with two holes to run the fabric belt through, but that wasn’t the most flattering look for my fuller figure. A slight alteration I may make in the future is to cut the belt and actually attach it inside at each of the two belt holes on the inside so I have the option to use the ties to gather the sleeves and create a little definition there when desired or tie the belt inside the garment to create slight definition in the back or front. A small detail, based on my own personal preferences, but for now I am thrilled with the free flowing bohemian open look.
