It is a very beautiful cape and I love both the colour and the fabric. As there are still sunny and warm afternoons and the cape is made of cotton, it will be never too warm nor too cold in the evenings. It is just awesome and I feel like a mermaid. 🌸🧜🏼♀️

What a great transitional piece for late summer/early autumn days! The cotton is lightweight and soft so adds a welcome layer when it's not quite warm anymore/yet. The colour goes beautifully with old plum (left) and burgundy (right) and the stitching has terracotta and moss green in it (which my camera didn't capture but it's definitely there).
This might be the most beautiful thing that I own. The colors are so vibrant in the sunlight! It just makes me happy! I also love that I can feel good about wearing it. It's a statement in more than one way. I hope I get lots of compliments just so I can tell people about peace silk! It was a little scratchy at first but even wearing it one day has lessened that. It's very delicate at the ends and I tend to be a little rough on things but I do feel that even if I snag it, it will be easier to mend and hide it because of the weave.
A lovely addition to my Celestial collection. The two cape colours are a deep and an almost creamy brown, both with a rose tint to it you can see beautifully in the tassels. To me, Leda is a quiet, but sophisticated cape creating calm and confidence.
As gorgeous as her namesake — Aphrodite is the vibrant coral pink of my dreams! 😍 Paired here with the coral red raffia belt and a Wool& pomegranate Maggie — the red in Aphrodite’s red-and-off-white weave is a very close match to both of these reds.
Silky soft cotton and vibrant colours!
I was lucky enough to get the vintage silk trudi no. 127 in the last launch as they often sell out really fast. Imagine my delight that it not only works well with my sage Freya but also with olive Willow - and marionberry! It's soft yet sturdy and two garments in one as it's reversible. Love it!
I love versatile pieces. This wearable wool art is as functional as much as it is beautiful. Wear it on its own as a dress, as a mid layer duster under your winter coat, or as an outer layer lightweight coat. Belt and pockets included! The purple palette is SO pretty and the wool weave is soft and warm. I can wear it against my bare skin with no itchiness. I am 5’4-5” 150-155 lbs Normally wear a M-L and there is still wiggle room for weight fluctuations. 38” chest 33-34” waist 39”hips
Truly, absolutely stunning. Photos don’t do it justice — it’s like wearing a watercolor painting. Between the care instructions and the texture, I’d hesitate to wear it on bare skin, but I think this will be a beautiful layering piece for cooler weather, and it pairs so perfectly with my cold-weather wardrobe.
Although the color is quite different in real life than the photos it is absolutely beautiful. Even better I would say as it is fairly neutral. I loved wearing my mocha linen kimono all summer (at least when it wasn’t over 30° C).

The Vintage Silk Trudi is very pretty and so are the colours. Unfortunately I prefer the kimono shape but that's personal and has nothing to do with this beautiful piece.
The Daria Art Cape Rothko is beautiful! It is one of the 2 capes I bought in my first Julahas purchase :). My intent was to find something to layer over my Wool& Pine and Espresso dresses. I am thrilled to find that it goes with so much more! I am still learning how to style this cape, it is unbelievable how many different ways you can wear it and how different it looks based on how you drape it and what you wear it with. And it folds up so much smaller than I expected! So excited to have such a beautiful layering piece as we embark on the fall season! Special thanks to Julahas founder Kanak 🙏 - she introduced me to Julahas at the NYC pop-up event, and patiently spent quite a lot of time with me teaching me all the different ways you can wear the Capes. I’m so glad that I am now the proud owner of 2 Julahas capes and some lovely belts!

The best towel, accessory, travel scarf sarong and more. This Desert color is wonderful. Both warm and light it gives hints of fall, spring and a touch of misty mountains. It matches almost anything and I adore the purple hints in the weave. I have three Toscas. This is my favorite.
Loving the boleros! It’s interesting to me that I don’t see more comments about the block print boleros. They are easy to wear and coordinate with so many different colors. Just throw it on and you immediately dress up an outfit. It is very light and comfortable. Given the opportunity, I customize my boleros to be an additional 2” in length as I am long waisted. Here I am in Barcelona in 95°F weather with my block print bolero (standard length).
I resisted purchasing this for a while, but after seeing so many beautiful photos of customers with this shawl, I finally gave in, and I’m very glad that I did! It is incredibly soft and squishy and feels amazing. This is definitely going to be a favorite piece
I'm a cape girl. But I wanted a thin but warm layer to quickly throw on over any outfit for my daily car commute in the colder months. When Kimono Sunset got a restock I snatched one up. It is an easy to wear, cosy layer, that goes with a lot of outfits in my wardrobe. While the capes are more flexible for different stylings in my opinion, the kimono is the perfect layering piece during the current transitional weather: easy to slip on while the wool/silk mix creates a cozy warmth, that is just right. So now I'm looking forward to the colder days, when the cape plus kimono style will be my warm companion for commuting, holidays or leisure time, as the current weather still makes me choose one or the other.
Wow! I already loved the Trudi, but this lightweight Trudi is amazing!!! The depth of color, the border, the all-season weight—this is amazing. I really really love this garment!!!
Love these linen culottes so much that I already have two colors (eucalyptus and vintage rose). Feels oh-so flowy and very freeing in the heat and humidity. My go to summer pants. Great high rise fit and cropped inseam so I don't worry about dragging.
The Trudis, if you don't know, sit right on the crossroads if cape, kimono and overlay. Covering the shoulders, a sleeker, cleaner line than a kimono, oversized and flowier than an overlay, they offer the best of all options. You can dress them up or dress them down. The Tea Trudis, in a variety of pinks and purples, shimmering due to very differently coloured weft and warp yarn, are soft, lightweight and airy, comparable in weight to the Celestial Capes. I love them so much, the only downside is picking one (just the one) colourway! Pictured is hibiscus, a lovely muted dusky pink, comparable to wool& rosewood.

Beautiful belt in a stunning colour
It's a soft, light cotton that folds very small so perfect for travel. The drawstring at the waist makes it easy to wear for a good range of size. Beautifully made, ideal for the hot summer!
The Obi Wanderer belt is unique. This particular belt is maroon with grey/silver embroidery and accents of navy on the edges. It has a little bit more structure than the other Obi belts due to what I expect is interfacing to hold the embroidery in place. However, the belt is not at all stiff and feels quite comfortable. The embroidery gives it a nice touch and you can really appreciate you’re buying a handcrafted garment.
Denim tie top over purple fig Maggie for a win! While it is still hot here, this light denim top is perfect for going from air conditioned building to building. I am wearing the smallest size and I love the fit. I’ve seen others talk about the length of the sleeves - but I love them as they are. Just for reference, I am also wearing XS Maggie long. I am 5’7” and loving both pieces!
I’m just getting into the block print kimonos (whereas I’ve been loving the wool and linen versions). I was hesitant initially because I thought the fabric wouldn’t have enough structure to support the drape of the kimono silhouette. I’m happy to say the cotton block fabric works really well as a kimono and is absolutely perfect for summer layering. This is a great choice as a lightweight layer or color complement to your wardrobe.
The Jamdani jacket is wonderful! It has a nice drape to it but at the same time the fabric has enough structure to maintain its beautiful lines. Although labeled “mahogany” you can tell from the close-up picture that it actually draws from multiple colors. As a result, this jacket, as well as the indigo version, will go with almost anything in my wardrobe. I’m not entirely sure about the ties yet, but so far they look great.

Perfect to wear as a comforter for my last radiotherapy appointment. I wasn't sure if I would really wear this as a scarf, as I tend to run hot. But I can wear it this way when I would not normally wear a scarf. Also discovered a new use for it today, and impromptu foraging basket🍄🟫😂❤️
It's a very hot summer, so many heatwaves! But early morning walks this jacket is ideal. Very light, and being reversible it's going to work with so many outfits.
Oh my goodness. Every time I get a julahas I think it is the most beautiful piece of wearable art imaginable.....then I get this! Its even more stunning in real life. The colors are fun and soft. The material perfect for layering in the SF Bay Area. I can't wait to play with more colors with it.
This silk stole is absolutely gorgeous! It is very large, so I've been playing around with different ways of styling it. When doubled up, it works great as a scarf looped around the neck, and I've also enjoyed draping it over my shoulders and tying it in front. Next I'd like to try draping it over my shoulders and tying it around my back.
The anti-fit shirt is so interesting and versatile. It can be worn as a cover-up, a long sleeve shirt over leggings, nightwear, something to throw on over workout clothes, a dress, etc. I will probably wear this in a belted style most often as it is very loose and voluminous. The cotton is extremely comfortable and for me, I like it best with the sleeves slightly rolled up. All of the color choices were great. I went with a maroon and I am so glad I did.
Trudi Berry is so rich and elegant with the same soft light wool and a beautiful woven border as the other “Tea” Trudis. It is so comfortable and the Berry color will go well with many of the colors in my wardrobe. It is gorgeous!

This is the lightest cape!!! It has changes how I view my wool capes- bringing them fully into 4 season clothes! Is mid August here in Maine, and will reach 80 degrees later today, the this fusion is the absolute perfect addition this morning! Thank you, Julahas!!!
