Delivery Time
We will send you a shipping notification once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track your order. These are the approximate delivery times you can expect once you receive a notification:
The Netherlands: 1-3 business days with DPD
EU: 2-5 business days with DPD
Non-EU: 3-5 business days with DHL Express/ 2 weeks with Post International Netherlands 

Track Your Shipment
Once your shipment has been sent, you can track it through our Shipping Tracker using your order number and email address.

Delivery timelines may vary per country, depending on the third party carriers used. We work with PostNL, PostNL international, DHL Express and DPD. If your package is lost or delayed, we will reach out to you for additional information or help. Packages that state they have been delivered are the responsibility of the customer.

For our US customers: if you are not going to be available at the delivery address, you can either schedule a delivery time via this link: https://ondemand.dhl.com or contact your local DHL Express to arrange a suitable delivery time.

In case of lost packages, please give us around 15 business days to resolve issues related to our third party carriers. We will ensure our best efforts so that your order reaches you as soon as possible!
