A deliberately oversized layer with plenty of movement, this relaxed kimono is designed to slip over almost anything — from a simple dress to jeans and a tee. Its loose shape and wide sleeves give it an effortless drape, making it just as useful for everyday dressing as it is for adding something special to an evening look.

Part of our Indo-Dutch Embroidery Capsule with Yogi Textiles, the design draws inspiration from the flowing swirls associated with artist Johannes Vermeer. These sweeping lines are translated into kantha, a delicate hand embroidery that travels across the fabric, adding movement and texture without overwhelming the silhouette.

Simple to wear, but full of beautifully handcrafted detail. Handwash separately. 

Handcrafted by our artisan partners the Yogi Textiles. For this collaboration, we borrowed a little inspiration from some very familiar names — Van Gogh, Mondriaan and Vermeer — and translated their visual language into embroidery.
