Introducing Pattern Play, a playful knitwear collaboration between JULAHAS and Arti Sandhu, inspired by the colourful patterns of traditional Himachali socks.
Designed by Arti, whose wonderfully unconventional approach to dressing celebrates unexpected combinations, this knitted layer is a little piece of wearable fun. Handknitted by the skilled women artisans at The Wool Knitters in Himachal Pradesh, it brings traditional knitting techniques into a contemporary wardrobe.
Wear it over a crisp shirt, layer it with a dress or mix it up with clashing prints and colours. There are no rules here, just endless opportunities to play.

Designed in one versatile size, with open sides and adjustable side ties, it offers a flexible fit across different body shapes. The chunky knit adds texture and character, making it as much a styling statement as a practical layer.
Each piece is individually handknitted by the skilled women artisans at The Wool Knitters in Himachal Pradesh, India. The beauty of handmade knitwear lies in its subtle variations, making every piece a little different and uniquely yours. At JULAHAS, we carefully consider all the materials that we work with, choosing to source natural materials and create in small batches.

- Handwash gently in lukewarm water, only if needed. We recommend hanging your Vest in fresh air by an open window (when the weather is dry) so that the odours go away. Do not Tumble Dry. Lay flat to dry and store folded in the tote bag provided. Use your bag as a shopper when you're wearing your scarf. Dry clean friendly too.

For every purchase you make, we plant a tree in your name. We send you a digital e-Tree Certificate with a link to a location marker showing where the tree was planted.
With our One for One model, in partnership with social enterprise Grow-Trees, we address community, women and nature. Tree planting through Grow-Trees funds paid work for village women and supports local planting projects.
